Technique for finding inner faults from basic material and welds. This technique works also for measuring material thickness from basic material and welds. Second volumetric testing technique along X-ray.
Penetration testing
Technique for finding surface faults from basing material and weld. This technique is normally used for austenitic steel components, which are not suitable for magnetic particle testing.
Magnetic particle testing
Technique for finding surface faults from basic material and weld from ferritic steels. We use both fluorescent and colored method.
Visual testing
Most important inspection method. Technique for finding surface faults seen by human eye.
Tank inspection
Condition monitoring and periodic inspections for tanks. We can measure thickness of tank walls, ceiling, bottom and shell. We also do visual testing for whole tank.
Drone inspection
We inspect closed or dangerous spaces using a drone. Drone pilot is always an SFS-EN ISO 9712 VT2 level inspector. Our inspections include tanks and boilers among other things.
